肥东县城关小学开展佩戴头盔教育劝导活动


       为推进“一盔一带”安全守护行动的深入开展，促进家长交通文明意识的养成，提升电动自行车驾乘人员安全防护能力，预防和减少道路交通事故发生，结合当前家长驾驶电动自行车不戴安全头盔现象仍有发生的情况，5月19日，肥东县城关小学党总支组织10余名交通安全劝导志愿者在校门口开展驾驶电动自行车佩戴头盔教育劝导活动。




　　活动现场，党员志愿者分两组在校门口的东西路口，发现有未佩戴头盔的电动车驾驶人，志愿者上前发放宣传材料，对其不佩戴安全头盔的行为进行劝导和讲解不佩戴安全头盔的危害性和严重性。达到“劝导一人教育一片”的目的，使他们认识到养成良好道路交通安全习惯的必要性，潜移默化地提高他们的交通安全意识。


　　此次活动，学校主要负责同志要求全体师生充分认识到这次劝导活动的重要性，深化“一盔一带”工作，强化电动车驾驶人不按规定佩戴安全头盔等交通违法行为的整治。在加强违法行为纠正劝导的同时，对广大家长进行细致入微的交通安全宣传，营造人人守交规、人人宣传交规的良好氛围。（丁学涛/尚卫国）
